This antique silver Limited Edition 2014 Marine Birthday challenge coin features a black and white image of the Marine Corps Lieutenant General John A. Lejeune. The front of the coin includes the words, “United States Marine Corps, LtGen. John A. Lejeune, 13th Commandant of the Marine Corps” The back of the coin declares “Celebrating 239 Years of Excellence” on an Eagle, Globe and Anchor. The Marine Corps Birthday of November 10, 1775 is proudly displayed along the top, and “Marine Corps Birthday” is set along the bottom to complement the date. Both sides of the coin have epoxy coating. This coin is numbered (1 of 25 – 25 of 25) and will arrive with a signed certificate of authenticity and black velvet bag.
