2004 Marine Corps Birthday Challenge Coin

The 1.75″ antique brass 2004 Marine Birthday challenge coin features a black and white picture insert of Tun Tavern in Philadelphia, PA. The front of the coin includes the words, “United States Marine Corps” and “Birthplace of the Marine Corps.” The back of the coin declares, “Celebrating 229 Years of Excellence” over the Eagle, Globe and Anchor. The Marine Corps Birthday of November 10, 1775 is proudly displayed along the top. Scarlet and gold rings add a finishing touch, and the coin has a protective clear epoxy coating on both sides. A beautiful addition to ANY coin collection!
