Tough Kid Challenge Coin – Sick

Sometimes kids get sick, but they should be rewarded for being tough in fighting their illnesses. This 1.75″ antique brass coin features the words “One Tough Kid” on the front as well as a supportive network of colorful figures holding hands. The back features our adorable duck who looks a little under the weather with a thermometer in his mouth. He is surrounded by the phrase: “Remember what we say, You’re getting better by the day.”
