Designing a Custom Challenge Coin is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Send us a general concept of the challenge coin design. We accept hand sketches, pictures, written descriptions and any other artwork file type. The design file can be uploaded to our request a coin quote page.
Step 2: Once we receive your requested challenge coin design, and the number of coins you want included in the order, our talented graphic artists and designers will be prepared to offer design suggestions if needed and to provide a quote for the order. To get the order started, we’ll request a deposit of $135. Our top-notch designers will then re-create or design your challenge coin(s) for FREE! To ensure your 100% satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions along with the free design. Upon request, we’ll provide a hard sample of your coin(s) before the order is sent to our production staff for completion.

Your Options for Designing the Perfect Challenge Coin
Size & Shape:
First, you will want to think about what you would like the shape of your challenge coin to be. Coin shapes and sizes are limited only by your imagination. While round is our most commonly requested challenge coin shape, other popular options include dog tag, octagon, star, badge, oval, square and rectangle. Our talented die-mold sculptors can make your coins three-dimensional (3-D) and even functional by incorporating the coins into tools such as bottle openers. The possibilities are endless! Next, you should consider what type of metal finish you want for your custom coin. We provide a large selection of coin metal finishes, both shiny and antiqued. You can even combine metal finishes on a coin to produce a two-tone effect. Antique finishes help highlight text and 3-D relief in your coin. Specially Edges:
Finally, think about what type of coin edge you like. We provide many custom edges to help give your coin that special look and feel you require. Our most popular edge options are diamond edge, swirl edge, wave edge, petal edge and reeded edge. Additional Options:
